Down a steep lane and high above the Manuel Antonio Beach sits the beautiful house.
Up a concrete path and stairs perches the main house. There are two spacious bedrooms each with a bath; there is a living area with cable television at one end and a fully-equipped kitchen at the other; and there is a great open deck overlooking the jungled hillside which barely hides the famous beach below.
The primary view is the Pacific Ocean ; the primary sounds are waves, sometimes hitting, sometimes stroking, the beach.
Back at the lane lies the walkway to  the two mirror-image apartments. Inside each front door is a bedroom for two or three and up the stairs is a fully-equipped kitchen, bath, and deck with an ocean view.
Wildlife abounds- butterflies, birds, troops of monkeys, sloths , coatis, and others of the tropical forest.
